Remove auto-start registration. Idempotent — succeeds when nothing was registered, so an uninstaller can call it unconditionally without first asking whether the feature was ever turned on.
This is the WS4 “complete uninstall path”: it removes the actual
Scheduled Task / LaunchAgent / desktop entry, not merely some internal
flag. is_enabled() afterwards is the independent check that it worked.
