Expand description
MCP tool schemas — the inputSchema JSON advertised to the client, one
const per tool.
Split out of main.rs (audit step 17,
docs/reports/REPORT_DRY_AND_MODULARITY_AUDIT_2026_09_06.md). This is
pure data: every const is byte-identical to the one it replaced, and the
declaration order is unchanged, so the tool list this crate advertises is
the same. Keeping it out of main.rs means a schema edit no longer
shows up as a diff against the file that also holds the dispatcher.
Adding a tool: add the const here, then register it in main.rs’s
tools/list response and handle it in call_tool.
