Constant SESSION_CONTINUED_NOTE 

pub const SESSION_CONTINUED_NOTE: Purpose;

The note a pane shows when a fresh session continues its conversation from AgentMux’s record (backend::continued_note): where things stand, then “How can I help?”. It waits in the interactive queue, since the user is looking at the pane, but gets the longer limit: its material runs to 12k characters and a note that lands late still helps. It restates the conversation, so, like the continuity state, its text stays out of the srv log.
