Heading of the bundle-content section in a generated CLAUDE.md.
Persisted format marker, NOT an internal identifier: the frontend builder
(frontend/app/view/agent/agent-config-builder.ts) emits the same literal,
and editor_handlers::inject_global_bundles searches for it to prepend the
global block ahead of per-agent content. All three must agree, so the string
stays # Memory until the frontend heading changes in the same release
