Delete output.state.json + output from the agent’s GLOBAL
agent:<defId>:current zone, if a global store is installed. Best-effort:
a missing file is the expected “agent never mirrored” case (silent), other
errors are logged but never propagated. Keeps the global zone in lockstep
with the per-channel :current clear in archive_session.
Also clears output.idx (#2701): an index left behind after output is
deleted and rewritten could otherwise be accepted for a new output of the
same byte size. Since #3634 the index also carries the output generation it
was built for, which catches that too; deleting it here forces a rebuild
against the new content regardless.
