AirLogs 🔒 - The warn-level lines one dead-air fallback logs: re-delivered, stdin send failed, and skipped because the process is gone.

Persister 🔒 - Records a dead-air re-delivery in the transcript. The three dead-air
fallbacks (answer, decline, tool-permission decision) re-send the user’s
choice as a follow-up stdin line when the CLI abandoned the pending tool
call; the CLI then writes no tool result, so without this the choice is
gone on reload, absent from History, and lost when the live feed rolls the
turn off (spec §6.9; Codex review of #3703). Written like every other
stdin line (
persist_message_to_blockfile), after the send succeeded.
