Spawn cmd detached from srv’s own stdio, and reap it on a thread.
Null stdio because srv’s stdout may be a pipe its launcher reads; a
reaper because an un-waited child stays a zombie on Unix until srv
exits, and xdg-open can run as long as the application it starts.
The program is third-party and long-lived (a file manager, or whatever
application the OS opens the file with), and could launch another
AgentMux build that would adopt this instance’s identity: the strict
external-process policy, as openinshell uses (invariant I7). Applied
here, where the spawn is, so no caller can skip it.
