Constant LAN_AGENT_NAMES_MAX_NAME_LEN

const LAN_AGENT_NAMES_MAX_NAME_LEN: usize = 256;

A legitimate agent name is short; anything absurdly long is more likely an attempt to waste memory than a real name, so it’s dropped rather than truncated (truncating could quietly merge two distinct long names).
