fn is_probe_version_match(value: &Value) -> bool

Match the probe’s v field against UDP_PROTOCOL_VERSION, accepting either JSON integer or float encoding. Some JSON serializers (e.g. a client whose numeric type is inferred as double) emit a whole number like 1 as 1.0; Value::as_u64() alone returns None for that representation, which would silently drop an otherwise-conformant probe.
