<config_dir>/projects/<slug(working_dir)>/<sid>.jsonl.
Shares find_largest_session_for_working_dir’s expansion rules exactly —
expand_home_dir_safe for the config dir, core::expand_home_dir for the
working dir — because the two answer the same question from opposite ends
(“which session is there?” vs “is THIS session there?”), and a preflight
that expanded paths differently from the recovery scan would contradict it.
