Initialize (or re-validate) the ~/.agentmux/shared/store.db schema.
Contains only the durable user content that must survive across
channels/versions: identity accounts, agent→account links, memory
bundles, drone definitions, and muxbus credentials. Session state
(db_block, db_tab, etc.) and drone run history stay in the
per-channel objects.db.
db_agent_identity_links drops the FK to db_agent_definitions here
(cross-DB FK enforcement is impossible in SQLite); application code
enforces referential integrity instead.
Idempotent — safe to call on every startup.
