Group the shared registry’s entries into this machine’s other channels.
Skips this instance’s own channel and URL (a stale self-entry after a crash),
entries past HIDE_AFTER_MS, and entries with no channel (per-channel
registry rows, which never belong in the shared directory). An agent listed
twice in one channel (two files racing) appears once.
