Resolve the GLOBAL <home>/shared/lan/instances/ directory: one file per
LAN-enabled AgentMux instance on this host, so whichever instance holds
the UDP probe port can list the others as siblings
(SPEC_LAN_FLEET_FEED_2026_10_03.md §3). Beside agents/, not inside the
reactive registry: these are instances, not agents.
