GET /api/v1/agent/globalmemory/history?id=<id> — list every recorded version of one Global Memory entry, newest first. Refuses a system-tier, blank, or non-global id the same way read/remove already do — see global_memory_history_impl’s own doc comment. Backs the GlobalMemoryHistory MCP tool.
