Deliver an inject — verify, try this instance, then forward cross-instance, cross-channel, LAN and cloud relay — exactly as POST /agentmux/reactive/inject does. Shared with the cron scheduler’s in-process fire (identity M4c-3, spec §6.5.9), which passes its tier explicitly (auth_via) in place of the route’s ReactiveAuthVia extension. caller_uid is the sender’s attributed UID, audited on this instance only (InjectionRequest::audit_source_uid never rides a hop); "" when Unattributed.
