POST /api/v1/ptyshell/stop — release the agent’s lock on the shell now, without waiting for AGENT_LOCK_WINDOW_MS to lapse.

Does not kill the process or delete the block. The shell this API drives is, by default, the same one a human’s composer-drawer session uses (see META_KEY_SHELL_SUBBLOCK_ID) — it’s a shared, pane-scoped resource with the pane’s own lifetime (“only killed when the pane closes,” AgentShellSubblock.tsx’s own doc comment), not a private, disposable one this tool owns outright. An earlier version of this API (PR #3177) did delete on stop, which was correct for that version’s model (an agent’s own throwaway shell) but would destroy a human’s live terminal session under this one.
