POST /api/v1/agent/dev_server/register — backs the RegisterDevServer MCP tool. See docs/specs/SPEC_NATIVE_CONTAINER_DEV_PROXY_2026_09_19.md.

auth is reused unchanged from UiAutomationAuth, same as ClosePaneRequest above — the calling agent proves it IS auth.agent_id via its own AGENTMUX_JEKT_KEY signature; there is no client-supplied agent id to spoof. The backend address the routing table actually stores is resolved server-side from THAT agent’s own container (never a client-supplied address) — this request only ever supplies the PORT the caller’s own dev server is listening on inside its own container.

auth: UiAutomationAuth

project: String

Project name — becomes part of the routing hostname, <project>-<agent_id>.localhost. Lowercased server-side before use; should be a short, hostname-safe slug.

port: u16

Port the dev server is listening on INSIDE the caller’s own container (container-internal — never a host-published port).
