POST /api/v1/ui/browser/open — backs OpenBrowser. Opens a browser pane next to the caller’s own pane and records the caller as its owner (SPEC_AGENT_DRIVEN_BROWSER_PANES_2026_10_07.md §3).

split: Option<String>

right (default), left, up or down, relative to the caller’s pane.

title: Option<String>

allowed_origins: Option<Vec<String>>

Keep the pane on these sites (allowed_origins::parse forms); a navigation elsewhere asks the person (SPEC_BROWSER_PANE_ALLOWED_ORIGINS_2026_10_09.md).

profile: Option<String>

Browse as "incognito" (a fresh jar of its own) or a named browser profile the user lets agents use; absent: Personal (SPEC_BROWSER_PANE_PROFILES_MENU_2026_10_09.md §5).
