Variants

Quiesce(Error)

Stopping the running srv failed at the OS level (not “srv refused to stop” — quiesce_srv always eventually forces that; this is e.g. a wait() syscall failure).

Migrate(SrvSpawnError)

The migration subprocess itself failed — see SrvSpawnError for which case (spawn failure, a real AGENTMUXSRV-MIGRATION-FAILED, etc). The data is left exactly as agentmux-srv migrate left it: possibly partially migrated (no batch transaction — see the spec’s §4.3 “partial application” note), with a pre-migration backup already written under ~/.agentmux/shared/backups/.
