Parsed, validated bundle content ready for the RPC handler to resolve accounts against and write to the Store. mcp_servers still contains whatever ${VAR}-style placeholders the exporter’s redaction left in place — account resolution (§4.5, RPC-handler-side) substitutes real account bindings where exactly one match is found and leaves the rest untouched.

Fields§

§name: String§description: String§provider: String

ARCHITECTURE_MANDATORY_ABF_RETHINK_2026_08_14.md §7.4.3: harness + vendor, carried through from the manifest’s suggestedFor (v0.3) or top-level provider/model (v0.1–v0.2). Empty when it has neither (an older export predating this, or a bundle made with no hint). A hint only: it never sets an agent’s provider.

§model: String§instructions: String§instructions_by_provider: HashMap<String, String>

ABF v0.2 §2.2: {provider_id: content} — every non-“default” variant found in a v0.2 components.instructions object, stored verbatim with no merge decision made here. Empty for a v0.1 bundle (flat array) or a v0.2 bundle with no provider-scoped variants.

§context_files: Vec<ImportedContextFile>§mcp_servers: Vec<ParsedMcpServer>§skills: Vec<ParsedSkill>§skipped_skills: Vec<String>§requirements: Vec<AccountRequirement>§project_instructions: Vec<ImportedProjectInstruction>

What the SOURCE agent was reading as project instructions. Read-only — see ImportedProjectInstruction. No caller writes these anywhere; PROJECT_INSTRUCTIONS_NOT_APPLIED_WARNING rides alongside them.
