§live_commands: Vec<String>

The command (program and arguments) each live controller was spawned with: the primary guard, and platform independent.

§process_commands: Option<Vec<String>>

The command line of every running process, or None when it could not be read. None makes plan_prune keep EVERYTHING: a guard that cannot see must not approve.
