The slice of AppState an agent turn needs in order to be started.
Exists so run_agent_turn can be driven from somewhere other than the
agentinput RPC handler it was originally inlined in. The second caller is
the reactive handler’s message sender (bootstrap::install_agent_turn_delivery):
a SubprocessController starts a turn ONLY via this path, so without a
non-RPC entry point every inter-agent message addressed to one was dropped.
See docs/reports/REPORT_JEKT_DELIVERY_DROPS_SUBPROCESS_AGENTS_2026_09_02.md.
Field names match the local bindings the extracted body already used, so the body itself is unchanged by the extraction.

§mstore: Arc<Store>§id_store: Arc<Store>§identity_store: Arc<Store>§auth_key: StringStreaming-bash wrapper auth key — see SPEC_STREAMING_BASH_RUNNER_2026_05_11.md §7.
broker: Arc<Broker>§container_manager: Arc<ContainerRuntimeHandle>§filestore_gate: Arc<FileStore>Named filestore_gate because the spawn-gate error frame MUST be
persisted through it, not merely live-broadcast (reagent P1, PR #2164).
