POST /api/v1/ptyshell/stop — release the agent’s lock immediately, without waiting for AGENT_LOCK_WINDOW_MS to lapse on its own.

Does not touch the process or the block at all (see PtyShellStopResponse’s doc comment in api_types.rs for why: this shell is a shared, pane-scoped resource now, not a private one this API owns outright).
