pub(super) struct TranscriptQuery {
agent: String,
max_lines: usize,
forwarded: bool,
}Fields§
§agent: String§max_lines: usize§forwarded: boolSet ONLY by handle_reactive_transcript_cross_channel on the
single forwarded request it ever sends — caps cross-channel
resolution at exactly one hop. Without this, a stale-but-PID-alive
shared-registry entry (pointing back at this same instance, or at a
second instance whose own entry for the same agent points back
here) would forward indefinitely — the exact failure mode
handle_reactive_inject’s MAX_FORWARD_HOPS/forward_hops guard
exists to prevent for jekt delivery (reagent P1, codex P1 on
PR #2715). A bare bool is sufficient here (unlike inject’s integer
hop counter) because this route is architecturally single-hop by
design — the owning instance found via lookup_all_shared always
has the agent on ITS OWN host tier, never a further cross-channel
hop of its own — so “already forwarded once” and “hop limit
reached” are the same condition.
